Marco's Pizza

First visit: Celeste was amazing and got my order out incredibly quick.

My second visit:they had problems with their point of sale, their magnifiico pizzas weren't showing up but if the employees had some leeway they could have been creative with the buy one get one deal as a work around. Instead it ended up costing business which went to another fast food competitor. I waited 10 minutes in line and another 10 minutes at the register while they tried to get the point of sale to bring up the magnifico pizza with the help of the help desk, meanwhile 5 more people stacked up behind me. When they said they were going to have to get back to me I was relieved because I wouldn't have to wait another 25 minutes for pizza. One star for food because this time I got none.

Stay tuned for my third attempt next Tuesday and see if they strike out or hit another homerun.

Tonight's adventure was much better only one slight speedbump which the cashier took care of. Pizza quality is spectacular.

Ordered delivery with cash payment. Waited over an hour to be told my food was just put in the oven and then another 15 minutes to be told they don’t have a delivery driver.

Tasty, cheap pizza.

12:15pm Didnt eat here they no longer have the personal pan special but i understand. But the choice of music? Kanye and Jay Z blank Paris man at least play the clean version 😂. But i left mainly because of professionalism, inappropriate language on a personal phone call. We just got to keep it professional even when nobody's around. They literally pay people to be secret shoppers.

After posting my not so good and bad experience review the owner or manager gave me a call. I was told we would get a full refund and a $40 credit. Well all that was a lie. I have let my family and friends know not to visit this location ever.
Celeste and another young lady were on their phones also both were very rude and did not seem like they wanted to be bothered with. The place looked like it was closed. The pizza dough was raw and the pizza was cold the cheese was not melted, there was onion peel on the pizza. The whole time I’m watching them prepare the pizza they were rushing to get me out of there. Being why the cheese was cold not melted.

I ordered a large chicken fresco pizza. When I arrived to the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly young man. The pizza smelled great on the way home. When I opened the box, the appearance of the pizza was not that appetizing. There were whole slices of tomatoes on the pizza unevenly cut the description of the chicken fresco says that it has grilled onions, tomatoes, bacon, chicken, and cheddar and that’s what we received minus grilled onions. The onions were pretty raw and super strong. The pizza was very greasy and overall mediocre. I would not waste my money here again, drive down the road to Pizza Patron and get a bigger bang for your buck..

Never have supplies for customers, sell 2 liter sodas no ice not enough cups 3 of us. Never have salad. Need to do better Marcos.
