We do not ever order pizza to pick-up but gave these guys a try at the request of our kids.They rang us up and said the credit card did not go through correctly. They called over the manager/owner that took the card to a different register and ran the card again. My wife asked if the first charge went through and they waived her off saying it was fine. She left concerned.Sure enough, days later when we check our credit card statement, they charged us both times.Went back to let them know today with a screenshot of our bank statement and they said they could not fix it today but we could leave a number and they would get around to it next week some time.This is an easy fix on either end: On our side, we can identify it as fraud with the credit card company. On their side they can just cash out the cost of the double charge...or better yet, just fix it while we were there. (The idea that they could not fix it while we were there is perplexing considering that they are open and selling pizzas today...)Either way, my wife handled it and both times and she felt slighted and undermined on each occasion.

Consistently forgets sides, condiments, and drinks. Like Ive gotten used to them forgetting something because it happens every order. Pizza is good for the area but has come up undercooked a few times on the thick crust. The brownies are definitely delicious.

Just recently moved to San Antonio and was pleased with this Marcos location all around.My family always orders from here and I see why.The pizza is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Almost rivals my other favorite Pizza Hut.Great people, great product, great price point.Kudos! ??

From what I understand there are only two Marco's Pizzas in town that have the dine-in option (but more than a few- pickup and delivery locations). This is one with a dining room. Very clean. Although for the most part it was delivery and pickup. Service was very kind. Drinks are from the sliding glass cooler, so no Fountain available. All right let's talk Pizza. A friend of mine turned me on to the Ultimate Magnifico Pizza, and I never looked back. My preference is always for thin crust and crispy but I ended up with just the standard crust and was very pleased. I like that there's not too much sauce on the pizza that everything's floating. And those little sausages and the little pepperonis are delicious. There's a reason they call it the Ultimate Magnifico!Vegetarian options: Depends on how much of a purist someone is for being vegetarian

I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico they are advertising. Worst pizza I've ever had. Would have been better off going to Little Ceasars. The pizza looks delicious on TV but what I got looked like a total mess. Looks like it was dropped or very sloppily made. If I would have had time, I would have tak3n it back to the store. I will avoid Marcos from now on. Glad I'm only out 10 bucks.
