Simply the best pizza and service in the Stone Oak area.
We've been ordering our pizzas here for years and they never disappoint.
Great for reunions with friends and family, great for the casual Saturday you don't want to cook or go out to eat.

I witness cruel racism at this store. I was waiting for a pizza and a Latino doordasher came in for a delivery and the front counter man (Caucasian) was yelling and insulting him for not speaking proper English which in my opinion is as okay I understood what he said. Manager should take a look at the cameras from 2:45pm January 11. Worker even hit the counter which his hands very hard. He needs to be fired ASAP. Will not be coming back to the Marcos pizza.

We used to be happy with this Marco’s restaurant, but we’ve been disappointed with our last few orders, especially the last two. An October order took 45 minutes just to get into the oven, per the app. When I called, they said they were shorthanded. It took over an hour to get our order.
The last time, December 16th 2025, was the worst. I made note of the details this time:
I ordered three pizzas using the app. I had family that had just arrived from out of town.
5:42 p.m.
Ordered
Estimated delivery time was 6:12 p.m.
6:02 p.m.
Received an email showing that the pizza was being “constructed.”
6:09 pm.
Received an email showing the pizza was “baking.”
6:22 p.m.
I called the store to check on the order because the status on the tracking page went from “baking” to no status at all. It took about 5 minutes for someone to take the call. I was told there was only one person working in the store, and that they had only one delivery driver. I was also told it “Shouldn’t be too long” before the pizza was delivered.
6:56 p.m.
I gave up and ordered pizza from another chain, with the intent of disputing the Marco’s charge on my credit card.
6:59 p.m.
While I was on the phone ordering pizza from the other chain, I received an email showing the pizza was “on the way.” I had zero confidence that the pizza would be delivered on time. There was, after all, only one driver.
7:00 p.m.
I left to pick up the pizza I ordered from the other chain.
7:11 p.m.
Marco’s pizza was delivered 59 minutes beyond the original estimated delivery time, and exactly 89 minutes after I ordered at 5:42 p.m.
But wait, there’s more – The quality of the pizza was terrible. All three pizzas were room temperature at best. The medium all meat pizza was terrible – Specifically, the sausage, which tasted almost spoiled. We threw the whole pizza away. The remainder of the pizzas had sub-par ingredients, and the quantity was considerably less than previous orders.
To their credit, I did receive a $17.72 credit on a $58 bill. You’d think they could’ve done better, considering how crappy the service and quality was. I did submit a complaint but haven’t received anything in response.
We spent over $700 at this store this calendar year. They’ll have to be pretty convincing to get me to try them again.

Ordered mobile order for pick up around 10:30 PM. Receive a call at 10:38 PM when I am almost at the store that there is a “technical difficulty” with the system and that he has to evacuate the building.
What kind of terrible lie is this?
I show up and another patron was there and tried to get in. The employee opened the door, stated the same lie and went about sitting in a dark restaurant until closing time.
No offer of a refund, replacement at a later date or any kind of consolation.
The most bizarre and unacceptable experience I’ve had as an adult. Evacuation???

Super bad service. I made an order at 248 for 2 pizzas for take out at 430. I purposely made the time at 430 because last time I had to pick up pizzas I came in to pick them up at the pick up time and they didn't have them ready. AI I planned ahead. I show up at 510 to pick up my 430 pizza and it's NOT ready. It's on the table not on the table. I waited more than 30 minutes for these 2 pizzas and it was not ready yet. We had to walk out because we needed to pick up our kids.

Proximity to home combined with awesome pizzas makes for a great combination. I typically order via their app for personal pick up. I haven’t ever been disappointed.

I placed an order for over $200 with tax and gratuity (of 20%) for delivery at 11:30, the pizzas arrived over 30 minutes late and were warm at best! I called to speak to the store manager and held over 10 minutes and had to hang up and call back. When I presented the issue to the store manager he said it was his fault but said or did nothing to address the issue when I told him it was for a meeting. I explained if he didn’t address the issue he would get poor reviews he said “if you’re going to threaten me I’m going to end this call”. I responded no need and ended it myself.
This was by far my worse experience and I will not EVER give my patronage to this store ever again and will make sure all any everyone I know is aware of this poor business practice!

Ordered 2 pies, 1 cheese and the othe pepperoni and they were delicious. Awesome work everyone.
Ordered cheezybread for delivery and there was HAIR baked in under the cheese. It was for a work potluck so I was unable to call in front of my team out of embarrassment.
I am not sure what has happened over the past few years but this locations service has gone down.
I consistently wait an extra 30 minutes past the given time for pickup. Why not quote accurate times so I’m not waiting in your lobby? It seems very understaffed. If that’s the case maybe don’t take online orders. Poor employees just getting yelled at by the people waiting.
Also this has caused the pizzas to be slopped together.
Use to be my #1 pizza spot.
I’ve ordered several times and have simply not received my order at all or it comes after 2 hours.
Grossly understaffed and poorly managed. Waited in the store an hour past time was supposed to be ready.
2 workers on a Friday night is absolutely unacceptable. The owner should be here working with these poor kids as every customer unleash their frustration because of your lack of ability to operate.
Will never have my business again.
