Waited for about 5 min and non of the employees acknowledged me, one even locked eyes with me about 3 times and just kept making his personal pizza which he left with right after I walked up and got my Togo order myself since no one was willing to do their job. Pepperoni pizza is burnt, the large pineapple pizza is under cooked. If I was the owner I would be so mad my employees were so inept. The store was messy as hell and had no organization, didn't acknowledge customers in any way. I guess its more of a self service sort of thing down there.

Marco's pizza at this location is served by friendly staff!

I believe we are finally done trying with this location. They have the absolute longest delivery times. They will tell you 30 minutes every single time. Then when you call back an hour and ten minutes later they tell you sorry we only have one driver. Every. Single. Time. Please stop saying thirty minutes when you know good and well you only have one driver. I wrote this review, proof read it and my pizza still hasn’t gotten here. I’m about to call back and I know what they will say.

-update: hour and a half. Was transferred to the manager. Told him why I’m upset. Ask me if there is anything else he can do for me. Have a great night. Issue unresolved.

I like Marco’s pizza but hate having to go pick it up. There is a store just 1.5 miles from me but when using their app or even online it says that I’m out of the delivery area. RIDICULOUS! I used to be able to order delivery but not anymore.
UPDATE:
I was contacted by both the manager and corporate and told by both that the problem
was a recent update to their system and was ensured the problem would be fixed and that they were having my address manually updated in the system. Still CANNOT order a pizza from them. Error states that my address (less than 2 miles away) is out of the stores delivery area. Guess we are going back to ordering from their competition. Great business model, keeping your customers from ordering your product.

Pizza and wings are good. Place is clean. Sandwiches are ok but a little small. I especially like the pizza crust and pizza is always hot when delivered. Wings are a good size. Prices are average.

I ordered a pizza bowl with extra cheese and they made it so thin it's barely a single slice of cheese deep. This has to be some kind of joke. I paid $15 for this and I am still hungry.

The pizza is delicious, but the place does not give you a family atmosphere to share

The food is top notch. It surpasses, and stands out as a cut above the rest, in terms of quality, flavor, and toppings. They do not skimp. The staff at this particular location are a great crew. Bulverde and Evans roads.

Parking: It's a strip mall style commercial building. So, the parking is what you might expect.

Wheelchair accessibility: Again, strip mall parking. Handicap is available. The curb is very passable for someone in a WC with assistance.

This was my first time trying Marcos and the staff was very nice and friendly and the service was very quick too! also the hot honey pepperoni magnifico is my new fav!!

Great food. Horrible service and poorly run.They have every employee working in the back and nobody at the counter with a line of customers waiting. When I heard our order called I waited and then finally just went to get it off the shelf myself but was reprimanded.I regret the amount of money my husband and I have spent here and how times I have recommended them to other people.It’s unfortunate because the pizza really is good. We were such frequent customers for years but recently we’ve had several problems with them.
