Terrible service here. We sat at the end of the bar next to a couple from Kansas. They started complaining that they had ordered beers and drinks and never got them. We ordered nachos and never got them. We watched about ten different employees at the other end of the bar, by the restrooms, talking the entire time. The Kansas couple and my party kept making comments about this. To get our bills paid the guy had to walk to the restaurant inside. It took forever. I thought Mi Tierra lost my credit card with the nachos that never came.
We were hungry and thirsty but Mariachi bar didn’t seem to care. We were prepared to spend money but Mariachi bar didn’t want to have that. Whatever. We moved to another restaurant nearby and ate and drank there instead.
Bartender never questioned why our nachos never showed up. Thankfully they weren’t on our bill. We should have spoken to a manager. I would still like to do that. I may email them this review to let them know they lost some business from multiple parties. All of this on a Friday during happy hour?
My martini didn’t even taste like it had alcohol in it. It had a distinct flavor of ice water.
We won’t be back. We won’t bring our relatives from out of town here. Might as well just eat somewhere else cuz this ain’t it. So disappointed in this place, we drove an hour to come here. Never again.

My suggestion Is the staff needs more training on customer service, especially the female bartender behind the bar . I went up to order drinks and no acknowledgement of my presence and a face of unfriendliness . The only person with a smile and festive mood was an older lady possibly the host . It doesn't cost a lot to offer simple common courtesy to all humans coming in for decent food and drinks

Felt a bit conflicted about our visit here. We had a table in an adjoined room which didn’t feel like part of the main restaurant. The servers mostly seemed uninterested and not bothered about providing a great experience.
The food was great! Tasted very nice. And the drinks were good. The declarations made the place look really cool but some of the tables and chairs needed a bit of an update.
My biggest disappointment from a place called ‘Mariachi Bar’ is that you have to play $10 per song for the mariachis. They aren’t dressed in traditional clothing and there are no trumpets. Not your ideal experience.

Had to stop a waiter and asked to have the table cleaned.

Let me just say, this place is BEYOND AMAZING! The food was top notch, the service was absolutely amazing and don't even get me started on how great the Margarita's are. Just come try it yourself, you will not regret it!!!!! Parking kinda sucks but other than that, this was AMAZING!
