ChurroStar Reviews
I have been in this place since 2017 at Embassy location, every time I go there, I get 8 delicious churros and if you eat them on that day perfect they are cruchy, if you can eat on same day, next day you need to put them in the oven for 2 or 3 minutes and they will be as freshly made, I really recommend it.
We were in town for a few days and my boys wanted to try authentic churros. Heard about Churro Star and knew we had to go. It is a tiny food truck in front of a restaurant but do not be fooled. This is the real deal people. We watched the churros being made fresh right in front of us. They were large, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside and dusted with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Service was fantastic and the woman was so sweet to my boys. Highly reccomend!

The churros are like no others we ever tasted. They were fried and stuffed right in front of us (yes, stuffed! but you can have them also not stuffed). We had one stuffed with dulce de leche and topped with chocolate sauce, and one filled with Bavarian cream. Both were delicious!!!
