Mattenga’s Pizzeria definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza was fresh, loaded with quality ingredients, and had incredible flavor. We ordered a half Texas Brisket and half Honey Bexar pizza, and both sides were outstanding. The brisket was tender and smoky, while the Honey Bexar had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
A huge thank you to Dana and Lexi for making the experience even better. They were both welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They made us feel appreciated and ensured everything went smoothly.
If you’re near SeaWorld and looking for some of the best pizza in San Antonio, this place is absolutely worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back! 🍕👏

Food was delicious and staff was great! They messed my order up ( gave me two pizzas by accident)and the guy at the counter let me take both anyways. I got home and the second one fed another family in our apartment 10 out of 10 service

My family and I are visiting from out of town, and we stopped here for dinner. The food is AMAZING! Super fresh, super delicious!
The only thing better than their food is their service! Everyone was welcoming as soon as we walked in the door and friendly throughout our entire time there. It’s very clean with a cozy atmosphere. SO GLAD we stopped by!

I meant to take pictures of my pizza, but I forgot to. I’m disappointed. I don’t have that ability to share it with you. We ordered the Santa Fe It had a lot of spice, but the flavor was outrageously delicious!! My wife and I enjoyed it! We also ordered the pizza rolls and my son ate those and he is a picky eater.
More importantly, our service was some of the best service I’ve ever had. From a five star steakhouse this service was comparable if not better. We’ve never been there and the lady taking our order walked us through the whole menu told us what a lot of people order and what she suggested.
10 out of 10 we would go back.

As always, Mattenga’s pizza was great! Every slice of the Supreme had plenty of ingredients. Had takeout and pizza was ready on time. Staff friendly. Have tried plenty of pizza places in San Antonio and Mattenga is one of the best.
