Maverick Texas Brasserie

We were a bit disappointed in the quality of the food... Having been a long time fans. But the service was very superb and attentive and the wine selection. Excellent.

My only complaint is that while my fish was served hot, the polenta was room temperature to cold.

Matthew was an awesome server- the staff was kind and thoughtful. The food was really great! We had the best time. Amazing wine and really enjoyed every part of the meal!

Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. Our server, Brittney S., was exceptionally attentive and ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. She provided thorough menu explanations and made thoughtful recommendations, contributing to the overall quality of our visit. Her professionalism and warm demeanor enhanced our experience, and we look forward to returning.

We had the most wonderful time at Maverick. Our waiter, Jose and his trainee, Joshua took very special care of us. We love sitting in the room called La Cave. It is very intimate and the perfect place for a family meal. The food was well prepared and came in a timely manner. The drinks were well made. We had a wonderful time. 

Our server did a great job she just had a few to many tables to take care of, overall she did her best. The food was not good, the steak was cooked ok but was not seasoned well and was not worth the price and the sides were under whelming, most of all the mac and cheese tasted like it was out of a box. This is our second visit to Maverick, the first time was when it first opened and now I remember why we hadn't been back. Needless to say we wont be returning nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone I know, I can think of 30 other places that have better food and a better wine list.

They made our Anniversary extra special, kudos to the team for making every time we go there a memorable one.

I love this restaurant so much. I had a friend visit from out of town and I knew that I wanted to take her here. When we got there, I realized that it was still kind of hot inside, but it was a hot day yesterday... didn't think much of it right at first. Unfortunately, the heat turned into sweating at the table. Apparently someone from the restaurant had turned the air conditioner down too much the night before, and they were struggling all day because it froze . I think I just wish that someone had mentioned it to us since we did have a reservation so we could've decided if we still wanted to come. The food was excellent as always. The service was amazing, but it was not an enjoyable experience because nobody wants to sweat while having dinner. Had we known about the air conditioner issue we probably would've gone elsewhere. I also wanted to comment on the parking lot that's to the left of the restaurant. It was an absolute nightmare. It was some real Austin Powers s@$& trying to get out of that freaking parking lot.

Food was cold, we mentioned it multiple times to the waiter and no effort was made to fix the situation. Worst Mother's Day experience.

Maverick is definitely a high end destination. Never disappointing. The cost of Mother's Day brunch was expensive but all aspects of their buffet were worth it to celebrate the occasion.

Mother's Day brunch was amazing. Food was very delicious and atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely come here more often.

We came here for the Mother's Day brunch buffet, it was beautiful with a lovely assortment of deliciousness! We were sat in a weird little dining room away from the main dining area, not what we expected since we had reservations, and we were over charged. Would like to go again to enjoy their regular dinner menu.

Food was great. What exceeded the delicacies we ordered was the service by our server Brian. He was exceptional. 5 stars all around.

Excellent food quality, outstanding service (thank you Natalie), and quiet local ambiance. The team made our anniversary celebration quietly special with complimentary champagne and a personal note.
