We had the most wonderful time at Maverick. Our waiter, Jose and his trainee, Joshua took very special care of us. We love sitting in the room called La Cave. It is very intimate and the perfect place for a family meal. The food was well prepared and came in a timely manner. The drinks were well made. We had a wonderful time.

I love this restaurant so much. I had a friend visit from out of town and I knew that I wanted to take her here. When we got there, I realized that it was still kind of hot inside, but it was a hot day yesterday... didn't think much of it right at first. Unfortunately, the heat turned into sweating at the table. Apparently someone from the restaurant had turned the air conditioner down too much the night before, and they were struggling all day because it froze . I think...
