This is a pretty cool place. They supposedly open at 12:00 PM on Thursday and Friday, but they can't quite make that happen. Plan on arriving about 1:00 PM. Weekends might be better. Their whiskeys are good... about 17 variations were available. They also brew their own beer with only four on tap. The Irish Red was authentic and very good. They are a little short staffed. Some had to wait a bit, but I received prompt and friendly service.

Wow! The dude doing the tour told us “Hey, where are my brownies.” I thought he meant Girl Scouts OMG

Whiskey here is subpar at best for any real whiskey drinker. Service was pretty slow but server was friendly upstairs. Bar back was creepy. Refused to move out of the way of the young bartender to have her rub up on him. Caused several drinks to spill.

There at 12 and wasn’t opened, employee showed up 15 minutes late and horrible service. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough

We were only here briefly in the last few days to get a whiskey for a friend from Germany. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and well air conditioned

Not a fan of the spirits but service was awesome.

A must go, some of the best whiskey made in Texas. Way better than still Austin for sure!

While exploring downtown, we stumbled upon this venue with the intention of having dinner. Unfortunately, they no longer serve food, and this information needs to be updated on their page. Upon entering, we found a lack of signage explaining the tasting options. The staff informed us that we could choose between 4 tastings of liquor or 4 tastings of beer, with a $5 option for a premium whiskey tasting. However, there was no clarification on what constituted premium or regular, and prices were not displayed. I expressed my confusion, suggesting the need for a sign or brochure detailing the tasting options and prices. Despite finding the whiskey too strong for my taste, the beer selection proved enjoyable, with 3 out of 4 flavors being a hit. Overall, the experience seemed inconsistent, leaving everyone entering the establishment puzzled about the tasting process.

Small distillery with cool little tour and whiskey tasting.

Very nice place and the staff was friendly. The cocktails were good. It was pretty slow when I went there, so it was quiet.

Did the VIP tour and got the flight. A true hidden gem downtown. Great history on historic downtown.

If the distillery machinery was fully operational and actually making spirits, the tour would’ve been more interesting. Jess, our tour guide (and bartender) was knowledgeable and friendly ( and made a kick a.. old fashioned, expresó martini, and gingerbread margarita!)

Was supposed to meet up for a pub crawl here but the organiser walked right past me. I ended up making friends with some of the regulars who were really cool guys and girls on their Karaoke night. Can recommend as a fun place to stop in if you're traveling alone. The $3 lone star was also nice
