Food was gross! Chicken nuggets were dry and the basket of fries wasn’t even full. My spicy chicken sandwiches had a funny taste! I asked for fresh stuff and it doesn’t look like it was fresh at all the fries taste like they’ve been sitting out for a while and chicken nuggets were extremely dry and hard. Horrible food definitely not going back to this location. Everything tasted horrible

I was dashing and made it to this location at 5:03am. I assumed all locations opened the inside at 6. When I got to the intercom and told them the pickup information, I was told verbatim, “The inside opens at 5 you ‘will’ pick up from the inside.” I said ok and went to the front. The door was locked and the workers were standing there looking at me. Once, I was let in, there was no good morning and just rudeness. There is a way you talk to people in customer service and telling someone what they “will” do is unprofessional!

Horrible drive thru. Major miscommunication from the order taker to the pick up window. All it takes is some listening and common basic customer service. Do better. Making people drive back around because you took the order wrong is ridiculous!! Now my food is cold from the first order. Horrible.

Very unorganized I work in fast food so I know it can be stressful especially on Christmas but they forgot our 3 ice cream I went to the door but they made us go back to the window where like 5 other cars were waiting the girls that we’re working were very rude slamming the windows and had attitude I will say the guy who was working at the window was very patient with both the customers and employees he definitely needs some recognition for how he was taking care of his customers but everyone else in that store unprofessional and rude

i went and got a 5$ meal deal around 8 and when I went to pick up my 3rd chicken nugget, I saw a string. I turned on the light in the car and idk it looks like a LINT BALL ?? Absolutely disgusting and I lost my appetite so quick. Never again.
