Overall considering the amount of bad reviews, my experience here was outstanding. None of the workers I dealt with had any type of attitude. I was able to get my order in without any issues, and my food was actually the exact way I asked for it.

Service and staff were very good. The place was filthy, in the eating areas, floors, restrooms. If I were owner or manager, I would be proud of staff, embarrassed by store’s condition and cleanliness.

Food is great the fries still tasted good even after a couple of hours!! You can earn free Fries from points and rewards in their app but only through their app!! Great for families highly recommend at One Alamo in the heart of San Antonio,Texas!! Right downtown near parks!! Cyote Ugly just like the movie is just down the street!! Great environment and the server was so nice to me!!
