I’ve tried calling the restaurant 30 times and it’s busy. I picked up food using the drive-through line and the employee repeated my order when he handed it to me. When we got home, one complete meal was missing. It seems as if they have the phone off the book because I’ve called back several times and it’s still busy. They close at 10pm and it’s 9:36 so I bet they are not in the mood for complaints at closing time.
I want a refund manager!

The food is good the usual McDonald’s sometimes you get pretty fresh fries at like 7 PM service is pretty nice pretty friendly always clean but not when it’s like packed gets very dirty food very fresh food during lunch time. pretty good.

This McDonald's was the absolute worst! I ordered 1 iced coffee through the drive through line. The guy told me there would be a wait for coffee and I said that's fine, he gave me my total and I said thank you. When I got to the window to pay, the older lady gave attitude and said you took off and he told you to wait. We didn't take your order and you need to get back in line. I was confused and explained what he said and told her all I ordered was a coffee and she would not take my order or payment and said I had to get back in line which at this point was way too long. When I asked to talk to the guy who took my order she said he is at the next window. I went there and tried to explain to the young girl there and she tried getting him but he just stayed hiding in the background. All I wanted was a coffee! The worst service ever!

After a recent trip through the drive through, we got home to discover that 3 of the 4 things ordered were incorrect. The happy meal was correct. The buger with no onions had a sticker indicating they knew not to add onions but was full of onions. Almost like more was added on purpose. The wraps were meant to be with ranch, but received the ones with the other sauce that was appealing but were drenched in them to the point that even if the sauce was wiped off, the chicken would still taste like the sauce. Should have driven 10 minutes away to the other McDonald's.
