October 29 at 9:39. I came to the drive-through to order an egg Mc griddle breakfast. I ordered a coffee and I asked for one too many sugars so when I got to the window, I tasted my coffee is way too sweet. I asked the young lady can you please do me a favor for a little bit more coffee in it cause itâs too too sweet so she was gonna make me a fresh cuppa coffee. I told her no itâs OK. Just pour a little bit more coffee manager walks up as heâs working with drive-through with her. Ask her whatâs going on she told him what was happening and again I repeated myself just add a little bit more coffee. He was quick to say just go Parker and she said well Iâm still waiting on her breakfast . I was telling her instead of five sugars to four he was quick to interrupt us. OK thank you and I stopped and looked at her and said how rude it goes. OK you can move to the next window. He was being very rude. I believe his name was AAnthony never again I go to McDonaldâs to get bad service. Everybody else was kind but him I get it. Youâre drive-through you gotta keep on moving, but that doesnât mean you gotta be rude to the customers. Just saying if you canât handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. OJD

AIR CONDITION IN PLAY AREA WAS NOT ON!
When asked employees they said âits onâ turned around and kept working. Asked to speak to manager. Two managers on duty and took over 20 minutes for them to come to counter. Meanwhile i witnessed them chatting the whole time prior. They said theres nothing they can do. Asked who can i speak with in regards to it. Manager proceed to say they dont know and walked away. Asked for office number, was given it then told âoh but itâs closedâ.
