Ordered a Value cheese burger and other things, but the cheese burger was plain Jane. It normally comes with ketchup and onions. I took it back and they provided me with another, but this time they just slap the cold cheese without being melted. Horrible

My husband and I came through the drive through yesterday and ordered the hot and spicy bundle with 20 nuggets and a basket of fries. We hadn’t even been done an hour and my husband was vomiting and I had super bad diarrhea. This was the first time we got sick but one time is enough. The food was either bad or someone working with a bug on the line. When I called they didn’t even seem to concerned and I was just trying to prevent others from getting sick. It’s now been almost 24 hours and we are still so sick.

Sunday morning at 7:30 I was on the way to the hospital to visit our daughter for the 45th day in a row. I stopped into the McDonald’s on I-35 and O’Connor to get her a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I did not tell any of the employees about my weariness or worry and yet each one of them treated me with such respect and kindness. The young lady who brought me my order from the kitchen was radiant and was so thoughtful in her greeting to me that I felt my burden lifted. That’s hardly what I would call “fast food!”

2 days in a roll worst service ever drive thru they got every messed up Friday. Today, the door dash the order was not a complete horrible service. Kid's don't understand why they don't eat with everyone else. Cold food bags open .stay away.

I went here last week inside with my daughter, very friendly service and quick. Tonight I visited the gentleman who gave me the food was great. The lady taking the orders seemed annoyed and was short, not at all friendly, the speaker was up so loud it was painful to the ears and slightly distorted her words. I've had plenty of good experiences here, the last one was not impressive though it was fast. Visted around 2:15am, I work nights it's nice to have a place open, hope they switch out the people taking and giving the orders.

I got yelled and cursed by an old lady there. Very unprofessional. I picked up food at around 2-3am April 10. She yelled at me. My daughter got scared. She don't want to eat there anymore.

They have a television continuously replying the 15 second demo/ song on endless loop at a loud volume. There were no accessible controls. Despite asking 3 different employees to shut it off and assurances that they would, no one ever fixed it during my 30 minute lunch break. I won't be back.
