Does not matter if it’s 10 am or 10 pm. You WILL be waiting 20+ minutes after ordering your food. If you’re on your lunch break, consider skipping. I literally ran out of gas waiting once (100% my fault but still a fun story to tell)

Late night is the absolute worst. You will wait 30 minutes just to get a mobile order in the drive through. It’s one of the only places open late and isn’t even staffed accordingly.

Their mobile ordering has issues, couldn't check in when I got there so had to go inside, then found out my order hadn't been received despite the app saying my order was ready ?. So ...something that was suppose to save me time...took quite a bit of it away from me.

I'm not pulling out of the drive-thru and parking for one cheeseburger. It's a drive-thru and not a Park through. If McDonald's has fallen this far as a corporation that they can't handle one cheeseburger in the Drive-Thru line you should probably close shop and let more competent companies handle the drive-thru business in this nation.

I come here often, but I'm a little disappointed as I took my kids and their friends here yesterday through the drive through. There was a person ahead and a person behind me. I got 4 burgers, 1 kids meal, 2 med drinks, and 2 large fries. They immediacy asked me to go to a parking lot that wasn't marked which is fine, after they found me and brought my order I said, I'm sorry I think you forgot my drinks. He brought them back. I backed out as the gentleman said someone else was needing to park there, so i left, got home and realized they missed both my fries.
