Went in for a breakfast sandwich this morning and ordered from the kiosk. I didn’t wait long but it was apparent I was waiting for something. A woman behind the desk asked, “can I help you sir?” I bumbled out, “uh ya my order number is ____.” It was obviously not on their radar. She hurriedly grabbed my sandwich, apologized and then threw in a free hashbrown. 😄 Great service 👍

Fries are always stake and hard. It comes from leaving fries in the heater for too long. Fries have a standard time frame too be under the food heater lamp. So it's either their cooking fries in bad grease or their truly pre making fries and leaving them on the stand for over 5min smh,
