Extremely unprofessional and customer service is the last thing on their minds. They are the typical just working for a paycheck mindset all the way up to management. Dont waste your time or your dollars here. You will find a more cheerful atmosphere in a cemetery.

Sadly I did not get to eat. I wanted nuggets, but alas no. Their sign said you can order at the kiosk, and after a few minutes I was convinced that NO ONE was coming to the register though most employees looked at me. Interesting coincidence that they don't use the register because I don't use the kiosks EVER.

I ordered on the app to save time. However when I arrived I had to wait an extra 15 minutes in my car and saw 3 other people get their order before me (and I had a smaller order than some). I had to get out my car and go to the counter to see what was taking so long. I’m convinced that’s the only reason I even received it when I did. When I got back to my car the other 2 waiting cars that parked after me had already left, meaning they got their orders before me too. Needless to say I won’t be coming back to this one.
Robots. No thanks. Go to Starbucks. They have humans.

PEOPLE HERE ARE INCOMPETENT!!! I've gone there 5 times now and they never get my order right. Food is always cold. How hard is it to make a plain cheese burger and not 2 day old fries!!!

Worst experience I've had at a McDonald's. I had a recent survey from a much better location and didn't know how to use that voucher at the kiosk. I tried to order at the counter and the young gentleman looked to a manager. This older lady comes by and rudely tells me I have to use the kiosk. I explained to her I couldn't figure out how to use the voucher she told me to go is the kiosk. I then ask her to show me how and she finally agrees to just take my order. Twenty minutes later our food comes out cold. I didn't wanna wait for another burger but asked for new fries and it was still cold. At that point it was what it was. As I was leaving there was a man complaining to the old lady that he was waiting 40 min and his order still came out wrong. I heard him asking for a manager and she refused saying there's no manager. He also asked for the contact info for one and she refused again. Not likely coming back to this location.

I don't order from This location often but the last 3 times I have. I have been missing something from my order or my order was done wrong. I was there today. And my daughter's happy mill was done incorrect. And they didn't put the dipping sauces either I'm not sure what the issue is at this location, but hopefully they start paying attention a little bit more on their orders.
