Everytime we come here, they forget the sauce and we pay for a large fries and they give us half full. A large fries cost $3.69 plus tax and we bought two and each were half full.

Very disappointed. Employees are always so busy here but my experience was inexcusable. I decided to allow my children to play in the playarea so we picked a table in there, which is a separate room than the main dining room. When our food was delivered to our table, the manager took it upon herself to tell us that we were 'talking too much and they were calling our number and we didnt hear them' and then turned around and threw her hand in the air like she was dismissing us!!! I found this treatment extremely rude and unprofessional! We had ordered our food for the 'dine in' experience and had a table tent on our table. We are forced to have our orders taken by the kiosk as the employees don't even look at you when you enter the restaurant and there is a huge sign in front of the register so they don't have to! The least they could do is bring your food to your table without complaining that I had inconvenienced them. I don't care if you are just McDonald's or a 5 star restaurant, customer service is everything and this is definitely not it.

If your in a hurry don't go here. 32 minutes for an order at McDonald's is ridiculous. Watching 4 people with essentially the same order get their food first is infuriating. Everything was sitting for ten minutes plus. Fries were cold, slushy was completely melted....

Sometimes you just have to have a double cheeseburger from McDonald's. I always order mine with extra onions. I love those little dehydrated rascals. The frys are always too salty. So I order mine without salt .

I pulled up to the drive thru and was asked if I was going to use the app to save and I said no and continued to give my order. Moments of silence passed, I said, “hello? hello?” I assumed he took my order so I pulled around to the window and he held up his finger to wait. I waited for a while and he finally opened the window. I asked, “did you get my order?” He responded, “no.” I told him, “you’re an idiot.” I left and ended up going to Texadelphia!When the manager is at this location (who is not very nice btw) at least someone is there that’s knows what they are doing! There was no one in drive thru! If you’re not going to take my order, don’t say anything or at least say, l’ll be right with you. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue through the drive thru. Take the time to train your employees! Horrible customer service! I will not be returning.

Parking lot exits and entrances are pretty inconvenient. If they get an order wrong, the manager is pretty good at fixing the issue.
If you're black you will get bad service..Food was shoved in my window and told ...ok go leave..

The employees did amazing with my food and service, the playground indoors is big and very entertaining, I love that I could refill my own drinks without having to tell anyone to refill it and it’s the best McDonald’s I have been to. Definitely coming back again.

We've been stopping here after school for more than 8 years. Today is the last time. In short, waited 20 mi uses and had to go up to the counter. Everything sitting there getting cold. Apparently they don't bring your order to the table as their policy states...only if they feel like it. Service girl acted like it's no big deal. Just all down hill recently.

Today 2/11 the manager in this McDonald's just told an old couple to use the kiosk when clearly they were asking for help and the same thing with the rest of the staff I ended up helping them.

Cold fries, dried up burgers! Employees to lazy to make the burger the way it’s supposed to be made! No onions and no pickles! I guess they must of ran out of onions and pickles! Just done with this location, management can’t get it right!
