If you ask for something to be done a certain way it’s a 80% chance it’s not gonna be done correctly. They are out of items on their menu so often, I’ve come ask if they have certain things in stock. They will tell me yes on the intercom without checking, then have to tell me they don’t have it once I get to the window. Haven’t been able to order a milkshake or frappe from them for months, it’s been out so long I’ve stopped checking if it’s still out or not. I’ve had entire items missing from my order, I get watered down soda often, if there’s a line expect to wait 30 minutes or more, and they somehow run out of ketchup for a few days monthly, sometimes multiple times a month. Easily the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life.

Staff are walking around in the kitchen, but you would see that they do almost nothing. If you order here and come to pick it up, you have to wait at least 20 minutes. Never recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered online went to pick up my order and it was the cheapest completely wrong order, thinking it just a mistake I go back for lunch just two burgers an the got the order wrong too 🤦 dose the manger even know what's going on?

Our order is completely incorrect. Items were misboxed, and once again the requested condiments were missing. This location consistently falls short, either through poor service or no service at all. At this point, replacing the entire operation with automation would likely produce more accurate results.

Terrible attitude and work by the team members, every single time I’ve gone to this McDonald they get something wrong on the order and have to come back to fix it. Workers do not pay attention to your orders and do not care to double check their tickets.
