I want to detail why I won't be using this McDonald's anymore, and am soured on the entire McDonald's organization:On February 10th, I went to get their Big Breakfast. Recently, I stopped eating red meat and pork, for environmental and health reasons. The Big Breakfast comes with a sausage patty. I asked to substitute either an extra scrambled egg, or hotcake, both of which are cheaper. The cashier was willing to do that, but when he called his manager to the front, the manager told him, in Spanish, that he didn't care what I wanted, there's no way to take it off. He then said to me, in English, " I can change it to bacon." I pointed out to him that's pork. He said he couldn't help me, and walked away.I went across the freeway to IHOP, where I had no problem getting what I want. I never intend to order at McDonald's ever again.This took place Wednesday, February 10, 2021, approximately 0815.

Well...they took order correct at drive thru, that's was the good part. The young male hurriedly gives us the bag which seemed light. We informed him that a burger was missing he tells us no it isn't, then ask what we ordered. After arguing with us about our order he finally takes back the bag and tells us that the car ahead has our order and we had theirs. Then we are asked to drive around. After waiting what seemed like forever (actually about 17 minutes) he runs out and quickly drops bag and retreats as we are asking if he remembered our S&S sauce for nuggets. What we got... nuggets that weren't remotely fresh-NO Sauce, no napkins and my sweet ice tea I request without ice was slap full of ice and it wasn't sweet. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased.

Coke was flat. Machine apparently broken. Waited 15 mins to try to fix. No one ever offered discount or an alternative, just left to wait and wait. After waiting so long. Just left before my entire meal went flat too. My advice...make sure the coke isn't flat BEFORE ordering. Otherwise becomes massive waste of time.
Absolutely garbage. Ordered 40 spicy nuggets at 12:30 pm and by 1:15 they hadn't even recognized the order. After 25 minutes they handed me a bag and said, " We gave you this extra..." there was an extra medium fry... but I ordered 40 spicy nuggets and a double cheeseburger.... They not only did not include the cheeseburger I purchased, but also only gave me 40 regular McNuggets ... the workers here are below garbage.
