Probably one of the worst McDonald's in TX. The manager here needs a reality check and get a better order of this restaurant. We ordered inside; the kiosks were either not working or glitching. Ordered at the counter and then it took 45min to get our food. One of the employees who brought our food to us dropped one of our drinks and just left the spill there; I ended up cleaning it up cause it was right by the entrance. There were so many people waiting for food and the drive-thru was very backed up. The manager that was working didn't really seem to care about anything that was happening. With the number of employees (at least 10) I saw working, they were moving soooo slow to get orders out. I would absolutely not waste your time here go to literally any other location!
Kid-friendliness: Doesn't have a play place. Not kid friendly inside at all.

I was very disappointed with the service. My order wasn't correct, and the manager (who you couldn’t tell because he was wearing a great sweat hoodie) didn't even apologize. He just ignored me, and finally, one of the( too many people ) employees corrected the mistake. Other customers were also complaining about the manager and the service. I don't know why they remodel the place. It was a very horrible mistake.

Review is specifically for the girl taking orders in the morning. I have been going to this McDonald’s for the past six years and I believe her name is Tabitha. She has the sweetest voice when taking your order. She is very kind when she’s taking your payment. also it’s really nice to know that this young lady remembers you and your voice when you’re placing your order and always makes me feel good if I’m having a bad day, so kudos to her for having such a wonderful spirit you can find that anywhere and she is the only one who’s done this

This location is not that great. I prefer to drive a bit further up the road for a better quality experience. Update: Still not a good location. Half of the self service kiosk are out of service and no actual registers are open. A recent remodeling now blocks customers from get their own drinks & refills. It only adds to my frustration as a loyal McDonald's customer. Not going back to this location anymore…

Manager is always unwilling to help without the customer making additional payment and wasting additional time even when it’s their mistake. She would rather take the long route rather than accepting responsibility and fixing customers problem.
