Absolutely ridiculous having curbside shut down at 10pm, wait in line for over 30 minutes and have 6 other vehicles from another lane go ahead while waiting at the drive thru kiosk. Stay away from this location!

Very I said not satisfy alcohol de Game Oregon has Spain in detail what's going on told me to hold on ask me if I have a receipt the thing is that they know who it is they're talking to I go there all the time so it seems very Clueless when I got damn it was just right there the problem is that instead of resolving the issue I don't want to go back cuz I'm home and I'm tired already late but I'm missing food the phone the line disconnects where they hang up if it wasn't cuz I'm tired I'll go over there and order the food again and pay for it even though they messed up but that body won't even click into their mind the point of the fat is that there's food missing so if y'all want good service don't expect to check your food before you leave ridiculously I guess the line is going to have to be more backed up cuz now we got to check our food hopefully just get South and around unprofessional I'll call back and I want to pick up the phone next time I go back if I go back I'll buy them a cheeseburger what a Happy Meal it's not about the money it's about to being professional

Went through the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window the order was wrong. I tried to correct it and I was told it was too late. I had to go through the drive thru a second time.

I went with my kids so they can play but imagine 100 degrees outside and we trying to eat without ac inside… the worst!!! Unacceptable!!!

Ordered on the kiosk and the machine said it couldn’t accept electronic payments and said take receipt to counter and pay. Machine makes crazy sounds and nothing comes out. Go to the counter and explain what happened to the lady at the register and she barely understood English. Finally paid for order. Order did take a while to get as well. Got the order and coffees, ordered to eat in and was given my order in a to go bag. Sat down to eat and there was no syrup or for for the pancakes, no utensils, there was no sugars in the coffee like I ordered and there was no station to gather the missing items I had to get back in line and try to explain the missing items I needed from the Same register person who was hard to communicate with the first time. The breakfast bagel sandwich the actual bagel was not toasted either. Very frustrating experience, but the ac in the lobby was working, the lobby was clean as was the restrooms.

Two of the flavors of mcflurry were out. The service here is always terrible. I absolutely hate the resdesigned counter it allows for the staff to ignore customers even more than before.

Me and my boyfriend just started doing DoorDash on the side whenever we have free time. We went in the drive through area to do our order since the inside was way more packed and there was no line in the drive through when we went in the line to order we waited for a good 10 minutes assuming they’re busy, other cars started coming and some went into the 2nd line , there orders were being taken while we waited for someone to take ours , after 3 cars went in front of us we asked if anyone was there , and yes we ended up moving to the other line but nothing at all, so after another 10 minutes we went up to the window to ask and the manager came up and told us how next time we need to tell them at the menu even tho we had , then proceeded to make my boyfriend complete the pickup before he’d give us the food, which I thought was weird since no other place has made us do that. Not sure what the managers name but the way everything was handled seemed unprofessional to me since he said it very rudely to us .

Me and my friends had a most wonderful experience at this McDonald's location. We were quickly accommodated for our needs and the digital order stands worked quite well unlike other establishments. Overall pretty good experience.

Came here for 2 things, the very advertised blueberry and cream pie and a strawberry shake. As usual ice cream machine down (not working) at 9am on a Wednesday not even overnight or late hours. And 12 min wait for 1 pie. Simply outrageous, made a whole drive thru line for them to say this!
