I have lived in the area for 5 yrs and I have never had to wait so long for food in drive thru and lobby. While waiting 24 mins for 2 quarter pounder meals I observed several cars waiting for their food as long as mine. When asking for my food there was no apology just a bunch of “it’s not in the system, are you sure you paid for it?” But then miraculously my food was in a bag off to the side with lukewarm food and still no apology. I would have asked for the manager but she didn’t seem to car when the cars who were parked complained so why should I bother. Also a weird thing, the floor were ALL greasy!!!! Horrible experience…

The line was short today. They still asked us to wait at the next window. We still waited another 10 minutes. The fries were hard. If the line is long, expect to wait 30 minutes.

The entire staff was on point. I have to say, for the location of the establishment,it was very clean, stocked, and efficient. I don't usually rate McDonald's very high on the food service industry standard, but this one surpasses the normal expectations. If you're at lunch and in a hurry, they are a go-to for sure. I'm a regular there so trust me.

I went through the drive thru so my contact was minimal but it was a great experience. I had needed to ad to my order and the cashier was having a hard time (bless her heart) figuring out how to ad to the same ticket, when I told her sometimes you got to think out side of the box, and just make a new ticket for the new item save some time that way. She thought it was funny and we both had a laugh. Good experience you guys have a great day

The 3 star rating is just what I give McDonald's in general. The real post is that today I was told that McDonald's no longer does the military discount. This is a first. Especially in San Antonio, TX, a military town.

We love this location on Alamo Ranch, but we do have to wait longer than usual for curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes in the car just for an iced coffee. Other than the long wait, it's a great place. Next time I'm going drive-thru or inside.
