Placed an order through the app. Got in line at the restaurant (because curbside is closed) at 10:55pm and got my food at 11:29. And to top off the crappy wait time, the fries in my bag were cold before I even drove off, and the window employee said ZERO words to me. Not hi. Not to confirm my order. Not to thank me for my order or apologize for the wait time. I'd literally get back to my house with hot food if I went to a further McDonalds with a better manager. I should have trusted my gut and went to Babcock/Wurzbach.

If you want mcdonald‘s, go to the one on rigsby. The employees here either don‘t care about their jobs or having a bad day. Either way, bad attitudes. I work at this Walmart and this location has gotten bad. Avoid if you can.

It was the best working there and amazing there year I was there. And good things here about all of you. Like boss there and manger there. I wish going good there.
Waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes for my food , while waiting the employees were chatting constantly. I saw they weren't wearing any gloves when they serve me my food and the sign says they are supposed to wear gloves

With covid, its time to step up your game. It seems this walmart McDonald's is like any other McDonald's. Long wait time and they mess up your orders. What was the point of dropping hashbrowns when you made me wait and then gave me a luke warm one. Then you didn't add the other one. Ordered two big breakfast. Only 1 utensil, I guess I'm suppose to share. Kfc is already banned for poor service, this McDonald's just might make the list also. You want my money at least get the orders right. Its not like you were busy.
