This place is something else, First of all the service was non existent i sat at the window for nearly 20mins with no one around (see pic), they couldn't give the courtesy of telling me that they were waiting on an item or to even pull up. Second, they must not make reading a requirement. I order a QP without cheese and they constantly add the cheese even when the order ticket states NO CHEESE !!! Its not that difficult. & to top it off this is the burger they give (see pic) if I wanted cheese scrapped off I could do it myself ay home and kept the whole patty instead of what I got🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ worst expierence to date !!!!

I don't know alot, but i do know that the paper that comes from a receipt printer should not touch my food. I feel like the 12pm team needs to be trained properly on best practices when dealing with food going out to paying customers. On top of the weird wrapping practice. My order was wrong.

Let me tell you something about this particular McDonald's. Ive seen some clean some dirty. Some employees will stand around playing with their phone. I think its refreshlng . To see that crew working together as a team. My hats off to the shift managers, team members, cooks, fry cooks, drive thru, the crew that is responsible for the floors and bathrooms. I wanna tell u 1 more thing.... Its a piece of info that was told to me. Now as a new employee, people notice the the bathrooms. You can tell alot about the way they look and smell. People judge bathrooms. If the bathroom is dirty, they're probably thinking , i hope the kitchen isnt this dirty . Anyways...thank you McDonald's. BRAVO-ZUZU

Waited 1hr, then pancakes were stuck together and hard as a brick.....the line Sunday was crazy. Got out of the drive through line that wasn't moving. Went inside kids standing around looking confused....horrible experience.
