always takes long, i order on the mobile app they have a deal for 2 med or 2 small fries with a order of 20 pieces, this i the 3rd I have gone and they always just give me one fries, then the get upset when I ask for my other fries smh!!! Double check before handing us our food

The manager mistakenly hands my order to another customer and then refuses to serve me my food. Despite my attempts to remain cooperative, the manager simply walks away, loudly vocalizing to the entire restaurant accusing me of theft. He proceeds to search through my friend's food, hoping to find my missing meal, only to realize it's not there. Nevertheless, he persists in making a big fuss about the situation, continuing to complain loudly about my missing food. Fortunately, the other employees were much more empathetic and eager to assist. It's sad to see that the manager's behavior was the root cause of my poor service experience.

I work a night job and I keep coming here and they keep telling me that the system is down but I know that they can still do cash cuz I worked fast food literally for 2 years before my new job last month. There is no way that they would even have someone work all night if the system isn’t even working cuz they would blow through hours and lose money. Also it’s the same girl every single time and she is sooooo rude about it like as if I already knew that “ the system is down”. I just want to eat something other than gas station snacks for once.I’m not saying don’t go here but actually do go here cuz it seems they employees still need experience to learn how to do their job RIGHT!!

Went to the drive through really hoping for a nice hot drink to help my throat I asked for a large HOT caramel macchiato I pay I get the the window and the gentleman tries passing me a cold one I let him know that’s not what I ordered and I asked for a HOT one he tried telling me that’s not what he saw on his end and of course the receipt just say l caramel macchiato he asks me to pull up they have me wait a ridiculous amount of time to then bring what I could only assume was the same COLD drink but in a HOT container I was absolutely livid I was not going to cause a scene something so simple as good customer service does not exist at this location from the attitudes to the terrible treatment I will not waste my time or money going back
