This is my usual spot for McDonald’s as they’ve been doing incredibly well but today 03/25/24 @ 11am I went through the drive though and ordered my meal the meal I got couldn’t have been further than what I ordered and missing items completely. I pulled off to the side and brought the receipt and food back in to the front desk as most people would. They apologized said they would remake it so I stood there for 20 minutes while nothing happened when I asked again where my food was they said well we’ve been looking for you parked outside but you weren’t there mind you I stood right in front of the store the entire time never moved where high vis clothing. The manager had awful customer service.

I just went to the drive thru and they messed up my prder i payed 34$ for a wrong order no recip, the manege was being rude as well they charged me 5 happy meals and i only asked for 3 she gave the 5 drinks since she cjarged me for the 5 happy meals she should of gave it back to me or the money.

This McDonald's is always messing up my order. The managers whom work there all have an attitude when you have a question or complaint. The food taste old and bland, and the French fries are always semi warm. It's like they serve you whatever is laying around. I do not recommend this location.

Today we ordered through drive through and let me just say our food came out pretty quickly but the meat from our burgers was raw I’ve been calling for over 15 minutes and no answer never again will I eat McDonald’s I have pictures of our raw meat but don’t know how to

We stopped by and we had placed 3 separate orders in drive through. When we received our food our orders were messed up but we walked right in and the staff was so kind replacing it with no hustle ☺️

Take ur business somewhere else this location should be closed down or have new management. Dinning room stays closed, order through the app for curbside and ur food will just sit there in front of the manager. They don’t want to work don’t waste your time
