I don't know who was on drive at 2pm on 4/12/24 but sounded like a black chick and she was rude af and should get fired. Didn't ask if I wanted a meal with my order or if I wanted anything else and she sounded dead the whole time like she didn't care. Probably shouldn't be hard to fine out who it is but let her go.

So this has been a regular occurrence. I waited at the outer drive thru kiosk for a while after 2 cars on the inner kiosk were served. I was told that I needed to wait. I still waited over 5 to 10 minutes while there were no other cars in either line. I ordered my regular large iced coffee. When i hot to the window, I got a smaller sized iced coffee. I asked why is it smaller and was told all their coffees were downgraded "a while back." I had just ordered the same size iced coffee this morning and it was a regular large. The manager was less than willing to offer any explanation. I know fast food is a difficult job but if you all are burned out then maybe it's time to quit and get some new employees in here. The quality is subpar and the people in the evenings and overnight are 50/50 at best.

Even if you place an order online before 10:30 for breakfast they cancel it 10 min before if you’re not picked up. Then no order number to reference and then they tell you sorry takes 3-5 days to be refunded if order through app. And previously my order was cancelled again because they gave it to wrong vehicle. Starting to think the staff just wants what’s left over for themselves. I mean majority of people go for breakfast here even if till last minute 10:30

I love mcdonalds alott! But every single time i go, their ice machine isnt working. Like everytime. Theres been only like 2 times where ive been able to get ice cream.

Hats off to Priscilla the manager! I went for lunch today and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ketchup only. I usually eat my meal in the parking lot as I like my burgers fresh and McDonald's is a favorite of mine. When I went to eat, I realized that the burgers had everything on them. I hate complaining but figured since I was still there I should just ask them to change the burgers to ketchup only. I apologized for bothering them about it and gave the wrong order back but Priscilla was SO sweet and went above and beyond in fixing my order. Personally checking not only that my order was correct but ensuring that I got an apple pie as well! It really made my day the way she handled everything. Thankyou Priscilla. Give that girl a raise!
