Cannot seem to get orders correct, went for breakfast they gave me the wrong order asked jelly and they said it’s in the bag. Guess what? No jelly lol. They have like 15 employees at once and seems like they are too busy chatting rather than efficiently getting orders correct.
customer service isn’t great. i never leave reviews for fast food because don’t expect much, but im always in there waiting forever at the counter to pick up my order and no employee asks you what order your waiting on or anything, and ofc i wait all that time and got the wrong thing:/ happens all the time

Hats off to Priscilla the manager! I went for lunch today and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ketchup only. I usually eat my meal in the parking lot as I like my burgers fresh and McDonald's is a favorite of mine. When I went to eat, I realized that the burgers had everything on them. I hate complaining but figured since I was still there I should just ask them to change the burgers to ketchup only.
