Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Came in at around 6:00pm today. It was overwhelming, crowded full of very rude people and teens. On my way out a mother and son stopped just before coming in. So generally I thought oh they’re waiting for me to come out. Boy was I wrong! I open the door and they both decided they are going to force me out of the way and bully their way inside. I thought about calling the cops because it was very rude and can be considered a form of assault. Because my husband and child were waiting for me to come out so they could go and get their dinner. I didn’t want to cause a scene. But next time I won’t be so nice about it. You guys need to deal with crowd control. I won’t be coming back here.

Watch the cashier when you pay, they automatically add a tip without giving you the option. This has happened to us twice.

I use to love coming here with my kids for a nice treat. But it’s been getting increasingly dirty. I know it’s usually manned by young adults, possibly students. But what does it take to throw a broom, mop, or disinfectant cleaner on the floors and counters? It’s really bad. They probably wouldn’t pass an inspection. (Also, chairs are broken which is a liability)

Decent seating (indoor and out), friendly staff.

Pretty good for the cost. My cousins and I all ate here after playing tennis 😀

So excited to find froyo here! Spacious and packed inside. Lots of flavors and toppings to add. It was clean and easy to figure out what to do. All the machines were working and had yogurts available. Only downside was they didn’t have original tart available which is surprising. They also have some quarts of yogurt to go in the fridge. Parking was easy and plentiful. I’d be back when original tart returns!

My daughters and I went in there during Spring break on 3/11/2025. They were slightly busy. However, they did seem to have any decent flavors to choose from it was messy in there. A group of young kids sitting without parents were throwing things.(Handle your kids). Tgen, we checked out to only be charged twice!! The first time she said “ oh wait, that is not right.” Over $30 dollars. She supposedly voided it and had us reweigh it. Then, told us a new total. I got my statement in and there are charges. 1 for over $30 and another for $19. Be aware of what they are doing.

I had the best experience, so friendly staff it made my day I could not recommend a place with a nice staff and friendly environment 10/10 and shoutout to the best staff I have ever met Aamari

Yogurt was great. Besides the fact at 10:30 I was denied bathroom access. even though in the state of Texas an establishment that is above 300sqft is required to allow access to the bathroom per the Ally’s Law. Oh, and their reason? We just cleaned it and dont want somebody getting it dirty before we close. I ask what they close and they ask “what?!” I asked again and they say 11. so with in operating hours heard. Hope management reviews footage and talks w their people won’t be back here rude employees and no bathroom im good. Thanks

Great selection of tasting flavors better than getting a freaking blizzard at DQ or a blast at Sonic with more choices of f flavors, toppings and stuff
Beats any ice cream shop for the price and quality of treats

Very yummy, of course! Has many flavors and toppings. The place is run by teens who have been nice and pleasant. The place is very dirty 🤭
