Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Alamo Ranch

Menchie’s is my favorite yogurt place and have been going to Menchie’s for more than a decade. I love this location! The staff is always so nice. I like to go for a little late night treat and it’s always packed! Though people move fast! They have different flavors every week. I have the app so I can check before hand the flavors and what’s happening! I go there at least 3-4 times a month 🫢

Go to place for icecream lovers but calorie freaks 🤪...the frozen yogurt is too good the falvours are to point and has multiple topping

They have somewhere between 15-20 different flavors and lots of different toppings. We go here quite often and only had a bad experience once. My son complained his Vanilla tasted funny and sure enough, it was spoiled. Gross but we've never had a problem since. Great place to visit.

Menchie’s at Alamo Ranch is our go to and always have a great experience! The shop was super clean, the staff was friendly, and there were plenty of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. I loved how fresh everything tastes, especially the tart and cake batter flavors. It’s such a fun spot for families, date nights, or just satisfying a sweet craving. Definitely one of the better froyo places on the west side of San Antonio.

My favorite yogurt and only Ice cream that I eat!! I just considered it expensive for what it is but I still pay it just because I like to spoil myself and deserve it!!! Please don't never ever take the tartar original yogurt taste out of your menu again because that was heartbreaking!!! That is my only favorite flavor!!

just wonderful. my boyfriend and I are froyo addicts and take advantage of the $6.50 fill up any day after 9pm, and all day Tuesday! selection is varied with some cycling flavors and the general staples (which includes permanent cake batter flavor and cheesecake🥹), great topping selection, cup size is really big and can fit a very hefty portion size! place is always clean, staff are always friendly, and their froyo is always perf.

Came in tonight around 9ish….. or was really packed and not stopping any time soon. There were NO fruit toppings whatsoever!! As busy as they were they should have had everything they offer during the day. I was super disappointed. As I expressed my disappointment the young girl said….. Yeah 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sorry

Staff is almost always friendly. The new flavors are fun to try. I'd recommend this location.

Frozen Yogurt is fine. What’s not fine is your new POS machine auto selecting a tips. I didn’t even notice it was auto selected. Your staff is barely even at the counter when it’s time to pay. But the truth is the tips aren’t for them, it’s for the greedy owner. Never coming back to this place

Such a shame.
Used to love this place but quality seems to have gone down.
This ain’t the first time this has happened but is my first review.

Watery & cake batter tasted like old ice.

We took a group of eight to a birthday party here and they all had a blast – – they had something available for everyone – – even those who couldn’t eat much sugar. Izzy was so sweet. What a great worker! She was constantly cleaning – – I’ve never seen an employee work so hard on keeping everything clean and making sure everybody had a great time. Thank you!
