Mexican Cowboy Street Kitchen

My wife, our one-year-old, and I decided to try Mexican Cowboy after seeing so many great reviews, and it absolutely lived up to the hype!

We ordered the pastor street tacos with charro beans and the asada loaded fries. The loaded fries tasted even better than they looked, and everything came out hot and fresh. The food was packed with flavor, and the green salsa was our favorite! Even our one-year-old loved the pastor tacos and happily ate them.

The prices were very reasonable, the customer service was outstanding, and there was even a play area for our little one to enjoy. To top it all off, the sweet lady working there gave our daughter a lollipop when we left.

Great food, great service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

We ordered asada street tacos and could not eat them because they were extremely SALTY. We tried to dilute the salty taste by adding lots of lime juice and some salsa, but the salty taste was so extreme to the point that you couldn’t taste the lime juice or salsa. They have great reviews, maybe just having a bad day. We wont be returning.

I absolutely LOVE this food truck and am so glad that my sister advised me to go. I’m a lover of loaded fries, specifically that of Pollo Asado Fries, and Mexican Cowboy Street Kitchen most certainly takes the win! The chicken was seasoned to perfection, fries cooked to a golden crisp, the portion was big enough for a two-day eats, and the service and friendliness of Rosa and David was PHENOMENAL! Did I mention how FRESH everything tasted? Now I also got a chance to try their Birria Taco, and their street tacos (both the Al Pastor and Beef) of which were SO delicious! However, the birria taco was my absolute favorite along with the incredible broth it comes with. The taco and broth were both packed with so much flavor that I couldn’t even focus on my loaded fries anymore, though they too were absolutely amazing as mentioned already. I have to note, that I was not much of a fan of birria tacos and the broth due to previous experiences where establishments served them with bland and unfulfilling flavors. Having them here though? AMAZING. I look forward to returning and can only wish they were open more days during the week…though that may be a good thing since my pants are already tight enough!

This was our first time here looking for some good street tacos and this place nailed it!! Street tacos and loaded fries were amazing, with good flavor. Service was great and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning again!!

Absolutely amazing food and even better folks, if that’s even possible!! We had street tacos with asada and the birria quesadilla and WOW! Even my son who is not a fan of Mexican food LOVED it and asked why I haven’t taken him there before, lol. Oh and that green sauce?!! 😍😍 huge thank you to Rosa Maria and David! ♥️

This is my go-to food park. There’s so many options, awesome food, and a stunning atmosphere. My kids like to play in the little swings and toys. The Birria tacos are absolutely delicious and flavorful.

I've been eating from here for 3 or 4 years, their food is great. One of the best if not the best food truck I've tried in SA, highly recommend the birria fries
