I celebrated my birthday yesterday with a party of 15. I really thought my girls were just joking about a roach crawling on her. we stayed calm and did not want to cause a problem cause there were lots of people. on top of that our food was warm. they sat us down where air conditioner leaked.

This restaurant houses a full-on Mexican experience with a bakery at front and a souvenir shop! Both a tourist trap and a place loved by locals, this is a must visit in San Antonio! They got mariachi bands here too. Their waitresses wear beautiful red, white, and green uniform dresses too!

I came for a celebration of my daughter‘s wedding with all the family from out of town and are waiters were pretty rude. Didn’t want to bring our salsa and chips until everyone was at the table. Wouldn’t let people order drinks unless they were eating so some of our family was sitting around with Water and ended up leaving early, it was terrible.
Then, since one of our family members got a drink and they decided to leave early, we were going to cover the drink, but the waiter followed them out and didn’t let them leave until they paid for that one drink that we were gonna cover. It was just embarrassing. We won’t choose this place again for celebration.

Overrated TexMex restaurant located in a busy touristy area. What else can you expect? The food just didn't taste that good (: Service was good and the atmosphere was ok, even though the music was absent. What happent to the jovial Mexican music? However, the food tasted very Americanized which was a let down. The taco salad was ok, but lacked flavor and sauce and my sampler dish was also heavy and cheesy. It's a tourist trap for out of state travelers who wish a taste of TexMex, only to get dissapointed unless you don't know any better.

Excellent food and service. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that has been this nice. The staff was dressed so nicely. A very classy place.

2 tables were completely turned before we even got our food. 15 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for lunch. No silverware, napkins, no attention to detail, and ROACHES on the tablecloths. Manager gave 0 discount. This place SUCKS. It is a tourist trap, spend your money elsewhere.

These people treat you very differently depending on your color, maybe they do it to get recognized. But I took my husband there since I thought it was a very nice place but it wasn’t they don’t have good authentic Mexican Food it’s tex-mex and waiter was rude.Man treating white people very kindly but not Mexican people.

Food hear is great. We were looking forward to coming here after the rodeo and made reservations at 11:20am in the morning for 7:30pm. We show up for our reservation and they have no record of it. The manager told us that was the morning crew that took the reservation and didn't put it in. Afternoon crew doesn't do that. Told us to go eat next door. The wait wasn't as long. Very disappointing. But I guess when you do that much business. Making people happy doesn't help. Probably won't be back after this interaction.

Highly over rated. Plates prized too high for the same dishes found in other areas of town. Plus the wait is extreme... almost 2 hours... why bother. There's much better places to eat in San Antonio where food costs less and you don't have to wait for days to eat something you can do at home yourselves.
