The noodles and dumplings are made fresh in the restaurant. You can watch the process of making noddles and dumplings through a glass window. If you’re looking for north western Chinese cuisine this the place.
Awesome find in Stone Oak. One of the best soupy noodles I had in San Antonio. I had the noodles with braised pork ribs. The pork ribs where juicy and succulent. The veggies were well cooked and the broth had an awesome flavour.
We found this place from the Redbook.
The food is good in general except the Fuqi feipian seemed not too fresh and both of us got some stomach issues after we got home.
I would go back again if I ever come to San Antonio area.
