I gave them 5 stars for service bc they were extremely understaffed and doing the best they could. I can't stand when ppl bash employees who are actually doing their best under circumstances that are obviously out of their control. We stopped into town on business briefly, and my husband wanted chicken and waffles; Google led us here. Food was good. Watermelon lemonade was good, though it didn't need so much ice. Would return.
The food was very delicious. Hands down one of the best chicken fried steaks I've had in a long time. The grape Kool-Aid was awesome. The service was a little off. But you could tell they were doing the best they could, so I applaud everybody working there.
I was looking for a new place to eat and found this place online so i thought i would give it a shot. They weren't very busy and Amanda my waitress was super sweet and the whole experience a joy. I asked what she reccomended and she told me what she liked which i always appreciate. I decided on the fried chicken even though i was seriously tempted by the smothered pork chops... but that will be for next time.They make their chicken fresh so there was a bit of a wait but...
