I went to this place before it was a larger location and I haven’t forgotten it! It was the best friend chicken I ever had! I looked it up and it was wren closed. When will you all be open again!?
The staff are all lovely and kind people. Definitely Servants Hearts at work. The meats were wonderfully seasoned. Food from the stream table cooled very quickly but the fried options from the back were juicy, nice and hot!
It's hard to find a great soul food restaurant in this city, but Mrs. Kitchen is a true gem! The food was superb and they serve huge portions, so you will be taking food home! The price was affordable, and the service was excellent! My family and I will most definitely be going back again!
