If I could do minus stars I definitely would I always try to support local businesses and eat local and today I really wanted a burger so I decided to try Murphs. I saw that there was a line. No big deal went ahead and waited to just get to the point to order the Menu or were you ordered to go look a little old I waited for someone to answer said hello hello no response and I figured maybe you just have to order at the window that’s part of why it takes a little bit longer which is OK again this isn’t a fast food place. I totally understand that while waiting in 30 minutes again not a big deal I get it. This is not a fast food place but my experience there was horrible. I went to the window told them what happened. The lady who was an older lady he said That I would have to go back in line and re-order or wait to just to order and I told her I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes and it was like she did not believe me and I told her you know she’s like what do you want and I told her I just wanted a double cheeseburger you know just briefly told her what I was expecting she told me that I can order it now, but she didn’t know how long it would take and that there were so many orders ahead of me. She couldn’t tell me how long and I’d have to wait a while. I didn’t wanna argue with her. I said it was OK and ended up going to Whataburger just because I was super hungry and I wasted just about at this .45 minutes just trying to get food ordered. I really wish my experience was different and I could’ve tried the food cause it smelled good just a description on the menu and seeing the reviews with um but unfortunately that didn’t happen and just with the overall experience of service or what happened. I don’t see myself going back, but it’s really sad cause I just wanted to support the local business. I understand he was gonna take some time, but there was no accountability or trying to fix the situation which is also a downfall when you eat At a small business
