You know I drive out of my way from northeast San Antonio to come eat here every now and then at Merv's because I enjoy their burgers and fries I know what I order every time I come yet she told me I didn't say french fries and still return my money for the burger because I told her I couldn't eat a burger without french fries and was rude and snatched my bag and I'm disabled this is how you treat people? I'll never come here again!

Customer service is awful. They forgot part of my meal. When I called to let them know they would not give my my drink. I just wanted what I paid for. Have not been back since. Burger boy is much better tasting and their customer service is outstanding. It's out of my way, but it's worth the drive. I spent a lot of money at Murf's and they just lost my business. Murf's does not appreciate my business so I will never go back.

Very disappointed with my order. The amount of fries I was given was ridiculous. I order the chicken deluxe. The piece of chicken I got was so tiny. It was lost in the bun with every bit. Which was different to chew. It was so over fried. The chicken was so hard. I was looking fwd to trying this place out. Not sure if I'd return.
