Too bad I can’t give 6 stars. I’ve searched all of the “best carne guisada” places in San Antonio and this is the best I’ve found. Awesome place and never mentioned in the articles I’ve read.

Where have I been?? This place is amazing. Look no further for some of the best Mexican/South American food. Tacos dorados are packed with flavor, caldo is loaded with fresh vegetables. Their salsa is pretty hot, not watered down and the staff is very nice. If you haven’t been, go now!

We live nearby, have probably been here 8 times in 2 years and I think the food here has gotten better each time! We typically order off the Central American menu, but have never eaten anything here that wasn't incredible. Extremely fresh ingredients, fast service, friendly people. Cannot recommend this place enough! Get the Tacos Dorados!!

My search is finally over. I drove 30 miles from 281 to experience the best pupusas I have had since moving to San Antonio, TX. Beautiful atmosphere!! Everything was amazing!!!
