I was happy with my experience until my server Jacque put too much cheese on my pasta. This was my second time coming to an Olive Garden so I don’t exactly know all the customs but I was handling business on my phone when Jacque came to my table and asked if I wanted cheese I said yes. Then went back to handling my business on my phone. She could have told me when to say stop but she didn’t. I thought she was only going to but a little bit of cheese on my pasta. But no she saw I was on my phone and kept on going until my grandmother brought to my attention that she was putting too much cheese on it ruined my food. She was so passive aggressive too. I couldn’t finish my food cause it was too much cheese on it. I won’t eat her again she ruined my experience.

My family and I had a wonderful experience tonight at Olive Garden. Devin was friendly, attentive, and anticipated everything we needed. He also made an excellent Old Fashioned.

Food and staff were amazing, the manager and general manager both came to my table to see how the service and food were. I also watched the general manager clean tables which is a rarity to see.

The food is reliable and fresh compared to other locations, but the service is hit or miss. You could get a great server, a lousy one that only comes when you ask for them, or even seated in a section that is closed.

I haven’t been to this restaurant for years. Their breadsticks were known to be either burnt or too salty. Today, we decided to try out to see. Food that I ordered came out perfectly and breadsticks were so delicious. Additionally, our server, Jessica S, was very friendly and attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely come back again.

Did Togo order only but it was accurate and when they came to the car they let me know where in the bag the modified order was to make it easy when I got home.

Overall pretty good, but very overpriced for what it is. I would rather go to Maggianos for similar pricing but more authentic cuisine!

It's olive garden, pleasantly surprised at how good the salad and breadsticks were hot and fresh. Entrees tasted ok, looked like they are pre-cooked and just plated. All-in-all this lunch was good and filling and service was first rate.

Had questionable service from our waiter. My wife and I arrived around 7:30 PM, we just wanted a nice meal as we both had skipped lunch at our jobs and were too tired to cook. It wasn't a busy evening, but we waited 8 minutes until the waiter decided to acknowledge us. I was informed they ran out of Raspberry Lemonade and the waiter never brought my Sprite. I had to get up and ask someone else to bring me a drink. The food was brought out in a timely manor, but the waiter forgot my side of Alfredo sauce. And again, someone else brought me a refill. To top it all off, we were still charged for a Raspberry Lemonade which is a close to dollar more than a soft drink. You have ONE job bro, please get it together. We still tipped 20% because that's how we roll, but it doesn't take much to ruin an evening. We won't be coming back to OG for a while.
