We were very disappointed with our experience at this location. Upon arrival, an employee was smoking, and the odor carried throughout the restaurant and restroom. We were visiting with children, which made this especially inappropriate. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional throughout the visit. After completing our purchase, she returned outside to continue smoking. When my 5-year-old politely said “thank you,” the employee shushed her while counting the register. This was our first visit to this location and will be our last.
Update response: I did not take a direct photo of your face. It was a side view out of respect for your privacy and to clarify who I was referring to. This is a family-friendly business, not a smoke shop. When we arrived, you were standing by the tables on the right, next to high school students outside eating frozen yogurt. Accountability matters.

Wow, I've been to Orange Leafs in the city before, but I have never been to one as clean as this one. Not only that, but the staff was very friendly, even though they were extremely busy!

I was really craving frozen yogurt so I went over to Menchies but they only had three flavors available and were not allowing samples:( BUTTT I saw this place was close by so I decided to give it a try and it was amazing. They were so clean, had 16 flavor options available, and so many toppings to offer. The service was amazing as well, the girl at the counter was such a sweetheart. Definitely recommend, 10/10. I do want to say- I came here a couple days ago and the two young ladies were the absolute BEST. Great customer service, I came in on crutches & ms.rebecca help me with my order. While ms.amelia was making my girlfriend feel very welcomed. We sat in for our order & noticed they were scrubbing all the tables and windows. We asked them if they get free yogurt in return & they simply just laughed. I’m here to advocate for amelia and Becca. let them eat it for free!!!

Our first and last visit:-Service was slow, and condescending.-The atmosphere was chaotic with multiple children being allowed to scream, and run back and forth across the shop for the better part of an hour.-The weight on the scale is not visible to the customer, only to the cashier, allowing them to price the yogurt at whatever they choose.Choose a better place to spend your moneyand time. Not worth it.
