Excellent customer service! We thought they closed at 10 pm and had already promised the kids a treat. We got there at 9 pm and the doors were locked. The woman inside came and let us in even though she was trying to clean up for the night. The kids were so happy! Then as we were checking out she let another group of kids in too! She went above and beyond. Thank you! Wish service like this still existed everywhere.
I simply enjoy this space a lot. They keep a sharp, cool, and layback atmosphere, and their product is tasty.
However, their are now copying from shady practices from starbucks, where they are prompting customers to ^tip" before paying - it is becoming a form of harassment.
Stop taxing their tips. It is wrong!

This is one of the cleanest locations with lots of fresh fruit variety and sweets! We make a special trip to come here from outside of san antonio. The owners of this franchise should train some of the others how to present and keep fresh and clean their locations. The one in the Forum-Selma is always messy and last time their chocolate yogurt was sour. They never have good cones - always burnt. This Northwoods location rocks!
