Walked in and got no assistance. It's been a while since I've been to this location, finally returned after a while and nothing has changed. The smoothies are watered down, seems the staff don't take the time to make them right. Will not be returning

My husband and I visited this location for the first time today around 6:30 PM we were completely ignored by the girl behind the counter who was chatting with her boyfriend. When we asked the her for assistance, she stared at us blankly, continued to ignore us and only paid attention to her boyfriend. We decided to go elsewhere and get frozen yogurt due to the horrible customer service at this location. We will never patronize this location again. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here!

I was at this store location earlier this evening. Upon arriving home and with the first couple tastes, I realized that I had received spoiled product from one or more of the following items I selected:
The Pistachio soft serve,
Almonds topping,
Caramel pump syrup.

The Tart soft serve I taste tested was spoiled for certain, as my involuntary response to the taste revealed this to the youth worker ~ who was completely unresponsive and robotic...zero care or interest.

If I end up in urgent care as a result, this facility will be reported to the health department.

The other night while coasting the streets I happened upon this place, and feeling the sudden urge for a sweet treat I decided to go in. All was well to start. The place seemed clean, the staff a bit unresponsive but amicable nonetheless, and the patrons enjoying themselves in appropriate fashion. The problem occurred afterwards as I drove back sipping my smoothie I noticed a sensation which resembled something lodged in my throat. After attempting to clear my throat a few times, blissfully unaware of the events that would transpire in the hours that followed, I chalked it up to needing a sip of water. As the pressure grew to pain, it slowly began to dawn on me that even with my superior immune system, bolstered by years of drinking straight from the mercury contaminated reservoirs of our northern states, I was no match for the foul contents of this drink. With tears rolling in silence I finished it through sheer will unable to set aside my pride as a consumer of goods. That night I slumbered not I only fought to stay amongst the living.

Quite possibly the worst employee tonight 26 April 23 @ 9:00 PM. Sat on her phone the entire time while people are waiting to checkout at the register. No acknowledgement whatsoever.

Bad flavor made us sick. We came in and got 4 cups of yogurt. 3 of the 4 had 1 same common flavor, birthday cake. It tasted sour and spoiled. We called and they blew us off. "Nope, everything is fine, nobody else said anything. We tasted it and it's normal to us" is what was explained to us when we called after taking a few bites. We took it home to eat. We were not even there. They totally blew us off. Birthday cake flavor tasted like sour milk, spoiled eggs. Horrible taste. I wasn't looking for my money back or anything free. I basically just wanted I'm sorry or some kind of accountability. Nothing. Well, we will just never go back to Orange Leaf. We used to go at least 1 or 2 times a month. Not anymore. Lost a customer (family of 4).
