Great summer treat!

Delicious froyo. Great customer service. Dining room is very clean. Prices are very fair. Always a fun visit!

Refreshing on a hot day, great flavor selection, a bit expensive but can be worth it for most. They have a bathroom and a great place to wait for your movie to start. Strip mall has a great clips and dominoes and are the corner a duck doughnuts which are amazing. Nice area across feom a middle school and walgreens. If you want a bonsai tree there is a nice older lady that sells them on the adjacent corner, you've got everything. The parking can be a bit crowded and not horrible, still pretty close. Seating inside can be limited due to a lot of people but outside seating is nice on a warm day. Friendly staff and quick to help.

Good yogurt staff was very nice

The staff always greet you and I feel I don't take long or have a long wait to pay. I stick to filling my cup and not linger too much with the add ons but the fruit is fresh and it's good. I like to stop here after work when I'm craving soemthing sweet. No complaints!

Clean Serving area. Friendly Staff.

Nice & quiet & warm. The interior and exterior are very clean and very well kept.
This is a Family place to refresh and regroup for the day's / evening's outings.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!

I had an EXTREMELY uncomfortable and unprofessional experience at this Orange Leaf location today.

My friend and I came in to get frozen yogurt and sit for a while. From the moment we sat down, the employee behind the counter repeatedly stared at me in a way that was extremely uncomfortable. We were the only customers in the store at the time, and the prolonged glaring made it VERY difficult for us to even enjoy our visit.

Later, when another couple briefly entered the store, the employee disappeared to the back and then returned to the counter and resumed the same behavior. A few minutes later, she loudly announced across the store, “Do you really think it’s okay to be vaping in here?” and proceeded to publicly lecture me, calling it “stupid,” threatening to call the police, and stating she had been watching me on the cameras.

Yes, I had discreetly used a vape TWICE. I also was NEVER disrespectful about it. I never once blew smoke into the air or had my vape visible to anyone else around me. There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating a no smoking or vaping policy, and had I been politely informed the first time, I would have immediately put it away without issue. Instead, this employee chose to publicly shame me in front of other customers and continued making loud comments even after I said I would stop.

There was absolutely no reason this couldn’t have been handled quietly, professionally, and respectfully. The way this was addressed felt EXTREMELY aggressive, humiliating, and completely inappropriate. We ultimately chose to leave, not because we refused to comply, but because of how hostile and uncomfortable the environment became.

This was supposed to be a relaxed, friendly place to hang out. Instead, it was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had in my entire life. Management seriously needs to address how this employee speaks and treats customers because this isn’t the first time this has been reported.

Attached is a picture of the miserable middle aged woman who thought it was okay to publicly shame a 21 year old. Not the best image, but I’m sure you all will know who I’m referring to.

Sadia was the employee of working this afternoon and she was so friendly. This is the cleanest orange leaf I have ever been In and you can see why, Sadia was putting so much care into making the store look nice. I would definitely come here again!

Yogurt heaven with way less fat than regular ice cream.

yogurt was good but the old moderately overweight Mexican lady who was at the register was so absolutely arrogant and rude. i watched her refuse an elderly woman the bathroom bc “ it’s 3 mins till closing”. then proceeded to be the most rude and disrespectful woman while forcing the paying customers out of the door 1 min before closing. coming from someone who works in restaurant services …. absolutely pathetic service on her part .

When I went there a few days ago from last week it was my first time going and it was nice and clean and not busy and the register woman was nice when I asked her if I could get a shake. It was a great visit going there.

Roach roaming around the boba. I sat down with my toddler and we ate our yogurt. My other toddler was napping and then woke up so I stood up to get her yogurt and see this in the boba. I wish I saw this before me and my other toddler ate the yogurt.
