Fourth of July at 12;:30. Yogurt n toppings were delish. Service was horrible. Girl at the cashier never acknowledged we were there or asked if we had questions whatnot or even made eye contact at checkout or at all. She was on her phone the whole time. She gave us our change and that was that.

Always clean and relaxing here!

I absolutely loved my visit to Orange Leaf! The ice cream was the best I've had, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The store was also impeccably clean, which is especially impressive for a morning shift. A special thank you to the worker I think her is Skyelah she was so sweet, incredibly clean in everything, and provided top-notch service.

I usually love going to Orange Leaf — the flavors are always great, the self-serve style is fun, and it’s a go-to spot for me and my friends. But I had a pretty disappointing experience the other day around 8:30 PM that I feel is worth mentioning.

There was a bit of a line when we walked in, which is totally fine since it’s self-serve and we expect to wait our turn. But the cashier that night made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. She was constantly checking her watch, sighing loudly, and visibly frustrated in front of everyone — not once did she greet people or even attempt to be polite.

After my friend and I got our yogurt and toppings (again, delicious as always), I went to pay, and the cashier had her head in her hands like she just couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t say a word until I stood there awkwardly waiting for her to acknowledge me, and even then, it was just a quiet, unenthusiastic “okay, this is your total.” While I pulled out my cash, she sighed loudly in my face and kept glancing at her watch like every second was painful for her to be there.

It was only around 8:50, and there were still people trying to come in — the place was still full inside and out — but she suddenly locked the front door and began rolling up the floor mats and cleaning as if the store was already closed.

Honestly, the frozen yogurt is what keeps bringing us back, but the customer service has been consistently off. I get that closing shifts can be tiring, but if you’re open until a certain time, customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for showing up before then.
Just hoping management sees this and encourages better professionalism going forward — especially from employees who are representing the brand so directly.

I’ve been coming here for months consistently while the staff is always inconsistent with their professionalism. My recent experience was visiting this location with an email promotion after downloading the orange leaf app. I showed the email promotion to the cashier and she said she had no idea what it was and therefore she couldn’t honor the promotion from Orange Leaf. She said the managers don’t tell her when there’s promotions available and so she wouldn’t do it. I asked if there was a manager available so I could show it to them and she said no. I asked if there was a phone number I could call she said no. I asked what her name was and she said she couldn’t tell me. I asked if there was a time the manager would be in to check the promotion she said the manager is never at the store.

Came here to celebrate my little guys first day of summer vacation. Got here right as they opened and watched 2 families walk in before us as I got my infant and 7 year old out of the car. We walk in and they let us know their system is down so we can either wait in our car or inside. We chose to wait inside. Meanwhile they had given the other families free ice cream. We sat there 25 minutes watching the other families eat ice cream while we patiently waited and ultimately the owner tells us she can not figure out the system if we just want to leave.... wow. So offer these other families free ice cream and make me and my little boys sit there just to end up having to leave. I wonder what was different about me and my family that they didn't offer us the same and just had us leave?

Orange Leaf is a fantastic spot for frozen yogurt lovers. They offer a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors, and you can even mix two flavors together right at the dispenser station—which makes for a fun and delicious flavor fusion experience. One of my personal favorites is the mango—it’s refreshing, smooth, and packed with just the right amount of sweetness.

What really sets Orange Leaf apart is the endless topping options. From fresh fruits and nuts to candies and syrups, there's something for everyone to customize their perfect dessert. The shop is always clean, and the self-serve setup makes it easy to get exactly what you want. Definitely worth stopping by for a cool treat!

Went to spend have some rest with family and this place was full and with with over 30minutes to closed down the business the employee with the beard closed out all tables and doesn't let sit down with my 3 yr old son saying I should take it to go, with so many people on the tables. If this person doesn't want to work he should leave early home. Of course is not his business that why he do not care about customer service.

The sweet sweet lady Skylah took care of us. She was cleaning up the stations making sure everything was neat. The flavors were spot on. The pumpkin spice tasted delicious and not like fake chemicals. She was so nice. The amount of toppings they have is perfect!!!! And the place is clean! Will be coming back!

So nice the employes were kind the service was amazing the yogurt was so creamy recommend pineapple birthday cake and vanilla all together with mango Boba so creamy so delicious seats were nice to sit in the air was so nice to breathe in you could smell every flavor of ice cream over all comfy good service and delicious

They need to update hours , showed up Sunday 2/4/2024 8:39 pm and they were closing already?? But says it closed at 9 ??

The worst customer service ever. Showed up at 8:01. The website says you’re open till 2100 we were greeted at the door store full of people and they were closed. I come to this location all the time spending a lot of money and she wouldn’t let me grab ice cream to go. claimed her boss was on the cameras. I’m not sure what boss in the right mind would turn down a transaction but apparently the owner of this establishment does I’ll never return to this location.

Yogurt was delicious and service was great. However $20 for 2 cups with yogurt and 1 topping each is way too much. Probably won't be back.
