We had a lovely evening on the beautiful patio. Food and drinks were all fantastic and service was right on point. It was a perfect place for a summer dinner before The Bowl! Can't wait to come back to one of my favorite spots in SB.
Really enjoyed having brunch here on a Sunday. My bf had the classic breakfast and i had the ricotta toast with jam as well as a side of fruit. The outdoor patio is very nice and relaxing.
My partner and i went for an anniversary dinner Cozy place with warm lighting, friendly staff and a vibe that felt like you were in someone's home. The mocktails were okay, weren't mixed very well and they were out of the tonic o e which we really wanted to try. The skillet cornbread and jalapeño ceasar salad were outstanding. We split both between 2 people. The salad was the best thing we had and would honestly go back just for that. The chicken Milanese was good, huge portion, you get 2 fillets and could definitely share between 2 lighter eaters. The steak frites was really disappointing the chimichurri was also bland so it couldn't really save the lack of flavor and chewy texture of the steak. Wasn't worth $45, would not even pay $20 for that steak. The service was great and our waiter was really attentive and friendly. Overall the experience was nice but the main entrees were just okay and probably wouldn't go back because of that.
Overall I love Paloma. My guests had the steak frites and were raving about them. I ordered chicken and it was kind of boring and not too flavorful.
This place was just a delight! Ambience, friendly staff, even patrons at neighboring tables were delightful. Excellent food. Terric value...
Had an incredible meal here with Luke as our server. The vibes were high from the moment we sat down. The menu is tight and well curated. I would frequent here if I lived in SB.
My experience was subpar when compared to the awesome experiences I have had in the past. The last time I visited was when Chef JT was still in charge and made my dining experience exquisite! This time around we had terrible service. Apparently our server was a bartender helping out on a Sunday night while understaffed (according to the manager who seemed cool but did not know how to handle the situation) All I wanted to do is talk to her about my experience but she kept cutting me off by giving me the 10 things she and the team were dealing with that night. I'm a guest, it doesn't matter to me. I had my wife and kids with me and just wanted competent service and good pacing, I did not expect world-class service. It took 7 mins to get water on the table. We were acknowledge but not given water. Other servers passed by, runners as well, yet no one thought to bring us water on a hot summer day. The food pacing was god awful. We ordered 2 apps and 2 mains. The apps came out relatively quickly, which was a good thing, but then the mains came out 5 mins after not even giving us a chance to enjoy the cornbread and ceviche. Then there's the pre-bussing. NOT A SINGLE PLATE WAS PRE-BUSSED! None. So we were dining the entire time with dead plates on our table, mind you with 2 kids under the age of 5. There was no space on the table, so I stacked them in the center. Runners passed by us 3-4 times, looked at our table and just kept moving on. Our server was nowhere to be found. Then the server finally shows up to drop the check, which no one had asked for, didn't offer dessert BUT at least took the dead plates. (but left the 2 empty glasses) The manager was sweet but was very inexperienced on handling the situation. When a guest has a complaint, please for the love of god, LISTEN FIRST to the issue. THEN respond. I couldn't get but one sentence out before she started to give me the excuses. I'm sad to say I will NOT be returning to Paloma any time soon.
The food is amazing amazing and the ambiance is top notch. The service was a tad slow today, but I think it was a temporary situation and would go back over and over.
We were having a great experience on the patio until people showed up with dogs. Not sure why nice restaurants are allowing people to bring their pets. Not everybody is a dog lover. And these were NOT service dogs. It was absolutely ridiculous .
Service was kind of slow when we were having dinner but when we finished eating we went to their bar and we had better service there at the bar

This is my second time coming here and it’s delicious as I remembered. The food here is amazing and the servers are more than happy to serve you. We had the pollo ranchero and it was so good. The chicken was well marinated and the beans and rice added great flavor. The chips and dips were great. Overall, all the food was amazing and was definitely worth the price. The atmosphere here is calm and pleasant. You are surrounded with art pieces that enhance the overall experience. I will be coming back here and I recommend this to everyone looking for something new to try!
