Had customers sitting in drive thru for more than 15 minutes instead of parking a car that had a huge order and we're waiting on stuff. I had to call and ask what was going on. And THEN they park car! And the worker at window didn't even apologize for the long wait time. DO BETTER!!!
I ordered delivery, so I can't speak for the customer service, but my meal was a bit of a let down. The fried rice smelled overwhelmingly of urine. I had to dump everything that came in contact with the rice. However, the food that didn't touch the urine odored rice tasted pretty good, and it appears the portions were generous.

Panda, you’re fired! I ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice.. I dislike white rice because it’s too sticky.. I get my order and you gave me half and half.. Not cool.. pay better attention to the orders!!
