The food taste good but today we order the black pepper angus steak and there weren't steak in it! It was all onions and mushroom and the dried up sticks of the young brocolli, so disappointing and it is +$1.50 extra. Sometimes fried rice is half cooked, disappointing!.

Getting food for my little one.Girl literally poured rice out of plate and back into the bowl on the line! SMH cross contamination and I told her about it and she just looked at me and laughed so tells me y’all don’t take peoples health and safety seriously! Bad for business! Bad for the community spending they hard earned money!

I hadn't been coming to this restaurant in a while because the food was just off. Today I decided to give it another shot. I was wrong. I placed an order on the app. My husband picked it up. Drove home 6+ miles so that we can open it and find that the black pepper chicken was missing. We call the restaurant and they ask us to come back and pick up the order. They ask him to bring the receipt. We do. We make the drive just to be handed a side of black pepper chicken. This is bad customer service. At the very least provide a whole new plate order because the order I have is now cold at home. And we had to drive back to pick it up, so we wasted time and money just to grab the item that they forgot. I never complain but this "solution" was unacceptable.

The food was horrible, half cooked cold inside chicken and stale rice , but the customer service was great especially Serenity and Yane awesome service.
Overall I enjoyed the food, it's good for Chinese fast food. I rated it a 4 because this location is extremely inefficient the workers scramble around and no one has a specific station so the line gets really long.

Its been almost a year since I've been to Panda Express #1456 Potranco Rd because of poor quality of food, half cooked small portions until today it was GREAT!! I called spoke to Mgr Amanda to let her know how I appreciate the quality and how it was delicious and hot the food was. Amanda is new to that location, my compliments to her and staff keep up the good work I really enjoyed the meal and I will be back!? Thank you
