Checked the website for pricing on the family meals before driving in and ordering. When they rang up my order I noticed that they were charging me $9 more than what their website advertises. Since I ordered 2 family meals that means that they charged me an extra $18. I asked the cashier why I was being upcharged and she told me that the lower price is only for their online customers and that she doesn't know why they charge extra for being there in person.

We will not be ordering take out from here again and given the reviews we won’t be going in person either. Perfect example of we should have listened to the reviews and not ordered.Placed an online order and when my husband picked it up they handed him one bag. It was missing half of our food. Called the restaurant to ask about the missing items and was told “it’s here” and when I explained that he was handed one bag only was told “sorry bout that” with no other explanation offered and no solution other than him having to drive back up there to get the food.When we opened the food at home we were so disappointed. My husband ordered the plate which had 1 side and 2 entrees. He chose fried rice, sweetfire chicken and Beijing beef. There was not even 1/4 cup of beef and 3 pieces of chicken beside 2.5 cups of fried rice. The cheese Rangoons tasted like they were fried in old oil and were soggy feeling.We really have nothing positive to say abt this experience. We’re not interested in talking to anyone from the restaurant we just don’t want anyone else wasting $50 on a thoroughly disappointing experience.
