When I was placing my order, I felt that the chow mein seved on my plate was very little. All the orders before me got good scoops. Maybe because it was low and there wasn't a batch ready. I mentioned it to the employee, and she just laughed. I ended up ordering a large side! Then, whenever I got home, I opened up the large side and it had plastic in it. I threw away my order and it might be a while before I go back. I was very disappointed.
I eat at this (Bandera) Panda Express every week. 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars. In two years the serving have become smaller and smaller. The plate is no more food than a bowl and now the chow noodles are changed. They used to have the best now it's no more than thin overcooked spaghetti. The Culebra location still has the good chow mein

Checked the website for pricing on the family meals before driving in and ordering. When they rang up my order I noticed that they were charging me $9 more than what their website advertises. Since I ordered 2 family meals that means that they charged me an extra $18. I asked the cashier why I was being upcharged and she told me that the lower price is only for their online customers and that she doesn't know why they charge extra for being there in person.
