I was having a terrible day today, I experienced a loss and it has been a very terrible day, I usually get panda express because its amongst my favorite foods to try and be a little better i guess… told staff about my bad day and i almost fell in tears when i got home and saw this written on the back of a receipt/ paper . The people are great the food is great but they fill so many online orders that when you try to pick up or eat there they run out of some dishes and you sit waiting for an extra 12 to 15 minutes more….
This establishment was clean, but there was only one food server at 7:00 p.m. even though the line was 7-10 people deep. It took me over 20 mins to select and receive my food. The chow mein noodles were dry.
