Quick and convenient even during the rush, just wish they would pay more attention when talking to them. They’re in a rush even when not busy and you can tell. Tried asking for egg rolls and since I said “um” first they just closed the box and sent it to the next person.
The food is good and delicious but never, never, never buy a Giftcard because is the worst giftcard I have used it before, doesn't work on store, the cashier rolls her eyes when I tried to use it, and even I had problems to use it at the panda app, It seems is not quite integrated with the app, was a horrible an anoying because not for free, I am waiting for a refund. Its a shame because I am mad with all the Panda team and I try not go for a while.
Thank you so much overall at the end for Panda Express at Blanco and 410 to the manager and the lady that service for my food! This could have been lower than five stars overall but I do end up giving them the five stars because of their patience and respect and giving me what is deserved for my time and inconvenience between doordash and Panda Express on my previous online delivery order!
