I rarely write reviews, but due to the experience I had at this location… I HAD TO!On Christmas Eve, the lady who was closing the store made sure to stay later than her shift to make sure my dasher picked up my order after ordering at this restaurant on DoorDash. Due to unforeseen events, the lady had to remake the entire order, making her have to stay later on the holiday. I want to personally thank her for making my family’s dinner pleasurable that night. She definitely deserves a raise. The food was hot, delicious, and the service was impeccable. Keep up the great work.

Ordered a BYO papa bowl. Saw that there’s no jalapeño peppers I ordered and the guy (with a deep voice) told me he had a new girl that started and probably missed it. (Edit-, he did say he could give me jalapeños but like, for an order that was delivered about 40 or so mins ago???)Ok that’s understandable. Said he’s gonna partially refund me for the order, 5 something I’m getting back, ok I guess. Getting it back Monday and he just said yep I feel in a rude way then hanged up. This is maybe my 5th time ordering Papa John’s here, maybe the last in a while. I just feel maybe a credit or even a remake on my order works be nice. Not like a partial refund. Cuz the papa bowl is like 8$ as well ?♀️

If I could give it 0 stars I would, but I have to give it 1 just to say how poor this places' service is. Twice now I've been here and my order has been 3 times the wait for no apparent, immediate reason. Not busy, not packed, not understaffed, no fire, no flood...just lazy, uncaring, unprofessional people who don't care if you get your food or not because they still get paid. I'm never coming here again and I encourage others to save themselves the trouble and wasted time and hungry tummies and go to next place. This isn't worth the dime. Shame. Papa would be shamed.

Second time buying this supposedly delicious new Doritos quesadillas and the first time had burn crust and not enough chicken, looks like they could care less how good it comes out. This 2nd time around I took a picture of it and the Doritos seasoning was barely even visible. Looks like they just added one tiny dash on it. Definitely not worth buying again especially for $8. Hope I can help someone else out thinking about buying the Doritos quesadillas from here.

Second time buying this supposedly delicious new Doritos quesadillas and the first time had burn crust and not enough chicken, looks like they could care less how good it comes out. This 2nd time around I took a picture of it and the Doritos seasoning was barely even visible. Looks like they just added one tiny dash on it. Definitely not worth buying again especially for $8. William took my order wrong or something asked for a simple order of Tuscany cheese pizza with pepperonis I got no pepperonis and buffalo boneless wings he repeated it to me and I got plain chicken nuggets instead of buffalo boneless

Pizza was good, I haven’t had papa johns in quite some time so I forgot how it was like. The cheesy bread though was just a bit disappointing. Vs my store cheesy bread and theirs, I woulda preferred having my stores just cuz it’s more cheesy and a bit more fresh then what I had. But overall, the food wasn’t too bad. 8/10. Will I be getting papa johns again? Prob but not for a bit

I spent over $40 dollars plus tip for delivery I just can't believe that cheese and peppers are too much to ask for, and they forget to pack the garlic butter. As prices rise everywhere, restaurants must take extra care in giving the customers money's worth.

Ordered 1 pizza and papa bites at 08:07pm, should’ve taken 38-47 minutes. It’s 09:40pm and called to cancel the order, didn’t have to give my name to know who was calling and was told only one worker and everyone’s orders have been wrong.

I accident placed an order too earlier and I’ll called in to change the time of the order being made. The customer service was friendly and told me it was no problem. I arrived to pick up my order at the time I scheduled and it was fresh out the oven and it was amazing. Thank you I really appreciate it
