MVP’s out here working today. Great vibes when picking the pizzas up. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I hope it doesn’t go unnoticed for the crew that worked the evening of 3 June.
I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The inspection score was 100, everything looked really clean, we were acknowledged as soon as we walked in, service was extremely polite, pizzas were exactly the way we ordered them and very tasty. They made sure our extra sauce was given to us. Oh, and the order was finished in the estimated time given.
Ordered through Instacart because of coupons and I've had better pizza from here before. Don't know what happened, but this time around they didn't add extra cheese as 1 of the toppings I had selected, so it baked too much and came out SUPER dry.
Sauce was also put on light, which worsened an already bad oversight.
New York style being thinner, I payed for extra cheese so it would make it thicker and cook better.

Recently, a customer received a free voucher for a remake after a delivery issue, and the pizza was excellent the second time around. Another customer highlighted the great service from a staff member who provided helpful information about the New York crust versus thin crust. Freshly baked pizzas are served right out of the oven, with one customer noting that theirs was fresh and exactly as ordered, well done but not burnt at all. Gilbert, who is believed to be a manager, was particularly accommodating, even delivering pizza curbside after recognizing the customer's vehicle. Overall, customers leave satisfied and eager to return.
